After booking, verify that the driver’s Identification Card provided by the Perfect Taxi Service and tele the details with the Adhaar ID of the Driver. You may share the Driver details with one of the contacts on your WhatsApp for added security. If the details don’t match, do not enter the vehicle, and contact Perfect Taxi Services immediately.
Choose well-lit, populated areas for both pickup and drop-off, especially if traveling late at night. Do not move from your Pickup place even if driver states to do so. Always ask the driver to drop you on the exact place where you have defined drop-off location while booking with us.
For your safety, sit in the back seat of the vehicle, which gives you more personal space and access to both sides of the vehicle in case of an emergency. Sitting in the back seat provides a comfortable distance between you and the driver, creating a more private and secure environment. This added space can help you feel more at ease during the journey, especially if you’re traveling alone.
Track your ride’s route using your phone or the in-ride map provided by Perfect Taxi Services. If the driver takes a suspicious or unfamiliar route, do not hesitate to question it or contact customer support. In extreme cases, if you believe your safety is at risk due to the driver’s actions or route choice, request to exit the vehicle at the nearest safe location, such as a public place or well-lit area, and contact customer support or local authorities.
Keep your belongings, including mobile phones, bags, and wallets, out of sight during the ride. Make sure the doors are locked and windows are partially rolled up, especially in high-traffic or isolated areas. Perfect Taxi Services cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings that are forgotten or lost during your ride. We encourage all passengers to double-check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle.

This includes your home address, phone number, work location, or any other sensitive details. While friendly conversation is fine, revealing too much information can put your privacy at risk. PROTESTS OR PUBLIC GATHERINGS
In the event of public demonstrations, protests, parades, or other large-scale public events, access to certain areas may be restricted or blocked. This could lead to detours or the inability to reach specific locations.
PASSENGER DELAYS
Delays caused by passengers not being ready for pickup at the designated time, incorrect addresses provided, or requests for unscheduled stops may also impact the duration of the trip. It is recommended to be ready and prepared at the scheduled pickup time to avoid these delays.
VEHICLE MALFUNCTIONS
In rare cases, unforeseen mechanical issues with the vehicle may cause delays. In such instances, Perfect Taxi Services will work to provide alternative arrangements as quickly as possible.
